At Mountain High Outfitters, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear and apparel; if you are not, we offer a 30-day window for returns on unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that certain safety equipment and final sale items are ineligible for return to ensure the quality and safety of our products.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags and labels are intact to qualify for a full refund.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
